Intersections: Artists panel to participate in a Conversation
In conjunction with the Intersections exhibition at the Emily Davis Gallery at The University of Akron’s Myers School of Art, a "Conversation – Between Painting and Architecture" with Julia Fish, artist, Christopher Diehl, architect, and Matthew Kolodziej, (moderator), Assistant Professor of Art, UA, will take place on April 26 in the auditorium of Folk Hall. Their discussion will explore how a composition engages the space—physically and conceptually—in front of a painting, and other central themes of the exhibition. The lecture/discussion event at Folk Hall is free and open to the public – seating is limited. Light refreshments will follow.
