Anna S. Wallace currently resides in Northeast Ohio where she received her BFA from the University of Akron in 1996. After graduation and a short trip to the Pacific Northwest, she returned to attend Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She was a Merit Scholar in 1999 and graduated with a MFA in Photography in 2000. She moved back to Akron to become an instructor at the University of Akron teaching at the Myers School of Art and Continuing Education. She has exhibited at a variety of venues in the Akron area including café Momus, Revival, and Summitartspace. In addition to teaching and freelance photography work, she still finds time to pursue her creative interests.
